Scarlett's Room!

Wow... So it's been a long, long time since I posted a new blog! Life just got so crazy with the holidays and all of the home repair but it seems now that we are finally catching some down time! Which is great because I only have a few weekends left with Jason until our little baby girl arrives so we better make the most of it! So... FINALLY... we have (almost -hehe) finished Scarlett's room. This was indeed a big challenge because in order to even start on her room we had to convert the garage into a room first! We did that project %100 by ourselves as we've done with the rest of the house on a super quick time line and it came out GREAT! We had to do that so we could move Jason's band out there: A- for sound proofing for the new addition and B- so we could move the office out of her soon to be room and into the old band room so we could start remodeling her room. Whew... did you follow all of that?!? It was CRAZY in our house since Christmas time... Musical rooms if you will. And in between all of this all of our baby items were being packing in the house in our living room creating a storage nightmare! But somehow we survived and order is quickly being restored. And in the end we have two great additions to our house, an awesome new band room for my hubs to enjoy and a beautiful new room for our little one to enjoy. It's all worth it in the end and I know we've created a space that we can enjoy her in for the next few years. I've attached pictures of the band room remodel below and of Scarlett's room as well! I am so proud of my husband for all of his amazing work he put into both projects... he truly is one of a kind! :)
